AH to Go is guilty of discrimination

Albert Heijn’s AH to Go railway station supermarkets have allowed discrimination on the grounds of both age and country of origin, the equal opportunities commission said on Thursday.

Last year it emerged a number of AH to Go branches had been told not to employ staff of Moroccan origin.
In addition, the chain is guilty of age discrimination for refusing to employ more expensive workers over the age of 22, news agency ANP said.
The AH to Go chain is run by a company called Servex, party of Dutch Rail, which says it has since taken steps to stop discrimination.
