Clocks go forward tonight

The clocks go forward one hour at 2am tonight as the Netherlands moves into summer time. They go back again in October.

Is it just Holland, or is the entire EU advancing one hour? Here in North America we "sprung forward" some weeks ago, or at least we did in Canada (excepting Saskatchewan) and the US - no idea whether the Mexicans have followed the new American schedule also.
