Beware of Anti Fascist Action: security service

Monday 08 February 2010

The AIVD security service has written to local councils all over the country warning them to beware of tactics used by a group calling itself Anti Fascist Action to disrupt meetings by right-wing organisations, news agency ANP reports.

The AIVD says the organisation is known to contact local officials and room hire companies warning of the damage that could result from a meeting or demonstration organised by right-wing groups.

In practice, most of the damage is caused by the AFA itself, the security service says.

The warning comes as campaigning heats up for the local elections on March 3. The AIVD says it has evidence the AFA is preparing to take action against the anti-Islam PVV, populist Trots op Nederland and far-right NVU among others.

'The party has a hard core which does not shy away from violence,' the AIVD told ANP. 'We cannot rule out one or more meetings of these parties leading to public order disturbances. And the intensity of such action will probably only increase as the election nears.'

Make sure the police are there to keep things peaceful. Arrest trouble makers and deport them if they are not citizens.

Leave them to their work,I'm quite sure that the only thing these fascist understand is strong boot to the backside. While everyone deserves the right to be heard, that is the first thing to go when they gain power. Never give them an inch.
