Support for crown prince drops

Public support for crown prince Willem Alexander has dropped to around 74% after hovering at around 80% for the past seven years, according to a new poll by TNS Nopo for RTL4 television.

And the number of people who have ‘little faith’ in the heir to the throne has risen from 7% to 19%, the poll of 716 adults shows.
TNS Nipo says problems with the prince’s plans to build a controversial holiday home in Mozambique, dropped at the end of last year, are largely to blame for the decline in his popularity.
