PSV takes premier division lead

Eindhoven football club PSV took the lead in the premier division on Tuesday night following a 0-1 victory over JC Roda of Kerkrade.

Danny Koevermans made the goal which puts PSV ahead of FC Twente on points. Twente have led since the start of the season but drew against Utrecht at the weekend, allowing PSV to close the gap.

Both clubs now have 48 points from 18 matches, but PSV has a higher goal tally.
