Changes in the election law mean the pro-paedophilia political party PNVD has a better chance of contesting seats in the 2011 general election, a party spokesman said on Wednesday.

The changes mean parties only need supply the initials, surname and place of residence of supporters, rather than their full name and address.
This means it will be easier for the PNVD to gather enough signatures to stand for parliament because its supporters need not fear being found out, the party said.
The party pulled out of the 2006 election because if failed to collect the necessary 570 signatures of support.
