KPN buys rest of Ortel Mobile

Dutch telecoms company KPN has bought the remaining 35% stake in Ortel Mobile it did not already own, the company said on Friday.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Ortel Mobile delivers prepaid mobile phone services in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, particularly focusing on immigrants. KPN said it was committed to continuing this strategy.
KPN took a majority stake in Ortel in March 2008. Ortel's CEO Celal Oruç will remain with the company as honorary president, KPN said in a statement.
