Unilever in talks on Italian frozen food unit

Anglo-Dutch food group Unilever is in talks on selling off its Italian frozen food business worth up to €800m, the Financial Times said on Thursday.
The Italian business, which has attracted the interest of Birds Eye Iglo and the Findus group, is the the only part of Unilever's European frozen foods arm not sold to Permira in 2006, the paper says.
