Sunday best for shooting stars

The annual Geminid meteor shower is set to provide a spectacular display in the sky on Sunday night, website nu.nl reports.


The shower – dust and debris in the tail of the burned out comment Phaedron – takes place in mid-December every year. The weather forecast for Sunday evening is dry with a light frost and some cloud cover.
