Second flu vaccination round starts

Most public health districts in the Netherlands begin the second round of swine flu vaccinations today, involving around one million people.

Some 72% of the people called up for the first vaccination in November turned up, slightly below the 75% take-up rate for the normal flu vaccination.
Last week it emerged the number of new cases of swine flu had fallen for the third week in a row. In total, 50 people have died, almost all of whom had underlying health problems.
