Around 10,000 Dutch football supporters will be at Oranje’s three group matches in next summer’s World Cup in South Africa, football association director Henk Kesler said on Monday evening.

Kesler’s claim is based on estimates from the travel sector and official Oranje supporters club, the Telegraaf reports.
This means several thousand fans will buy tickets on the black market, the paper says. The Netherlands has been allocated around 12% of the tickets for each group match – 9,000 for the game against Denmark, 7,200 for Japan and 6,500 for Cameroon.
