Royal couple buy land in Argentina

Wednesday 25 November 2009

Crown prince Willem-Alexander and princess Máxima have bought a two hectare piece of land on a rural estate in Argentine Patagonia, magazine Elsevier reports on Wednesday.

The land, on the edge of a lake in the exclusive ski resort of Villa La Angostura, is not far from the 1,500 hectare ranch the couple bought as an investment earlier this year.

Last week the prince said he and his Argentine wife Máxima had decided to sell the villa they are building in Mozambique because of the adverse publicity.

Local media put the price of the Argentine land at €2.5m.

Glad to see they are investing our tax money wisely and not risking investing it in, say, oo, the Netherlands.

Well, maybe it's a good thing, because the mothers of the victims of Maxima's father's government will be able to visit to chat about the old days.

OK so they stopped with the other vacation home because of controversy about it. I guess someone needs to clue them in what people are against it for! Hint.. it isn't the LOCATION! ;)

Willem, go get a real job and then we would not give a damn where you live...go to mars we don't care...but while your at the Dutch trough stay here....and please Royalist, don't tell me again that's its their money they are using....it was our money first....they don't really have any of their own money....where do you think it came from.

Why this is on the news. When I buy a house it will not make it to the news, the same should be applied to the Royal Family. We have accepted our tax money to go to the Royals even if it is not to the liking of some! It is their money and they are free to do with it what ever they want.

Well the ex-president bush bought 99,000 acres in Paraguay. I guess they are going to start a "new world order" in South America after their holy war is over.

We know where it is, impossible to protect. They are all making the list for when it is time to get rid of inbred genocidal assholes.

Funny, The Netherland's Royal family is on Forbes.com as having inherant wealth through family owned investment funds....... it is not the Dutch tax payer who is paying for this.

Where do you think the family owned investment funds came from....Did Beatrix have a restaurant job when she was young? The money at one point came from all of us...you royalist can't get away from this fact. "Its their money" just does not work anymore....
