Civil service pensions to rise slightly
Monday 16 November 2009
Civil service pension fund ABP is to increase pensions 0.45% next year, the fund said on Monday.
ABP, one of the biggest pension funds in the world, froze pay-outs and increased premiums this year because its reserves had been hard hit by the economic crisis.
ABP's coverage ratio, the amount needed to cover its pension responsibilities, is now back at 105% after falling to 83%, Nos quoted the fund as saying.
