AFM withdraws 27 financial service licences
Friday 06 November 2009
The financial market regulator AFM has withdrawn the licences of 27 financial service providers and fined a further nine.
The 27 agencies, which were not named, are not members of the financial services foundation StFD and have been refused a licence on the basis of information provided by them to the AFM.
The other nine, which are listed on the AFM's website, have not yet filled in self-assessment forms, which they are required to do by law, the AFM said.

so nine which still may remain in good list are mentioned, obviously boosting their already outstanding business perfomance, while 27 which people should avoid consulting or dealing with are not mentioned. Why so?
