Winter holiday bookings are currently down 15% on last winter, says tour operator association ANVR.

Holiday bookings to sunny destinations are down 15% while ski holidays are down between 15% and 17%, depending on the location, the ANVR said.
The ANVR points out that summer holiday bookings were also down 18% at the beginning of the booking season, but that the eventual decline was just 7%.
