Japanese end Delft’s solar race dominance
A team of Japanese students has won this year’s World Solar challenge to drive a solar-powered across Australia, ending years of dominance by Delft University, Nos tv said on Wednesday morning.
The Delft team, which won the event for the past four years, is currently in second place but has yet to cross the finish line, Nos said.
