Helenaveen is greenest village

The village of Helenaveen, on the border between Limburg and Noord-Brabant provinces has been voted the greenest village in the country.


Helenaveen will now represent the Netherlands in the competition to find Europe’s greenest village.
Vlaardingen won the title of greenest city, with Rotterdam in second place, the Telegraaf reported on Thursday.
