Teens arrested for 'happy slapping' video

A 12-year-old and a 14-year-old boy have been arrested after putting a video of themselves slapping and hitting another boy on the video sharing site YouTube.
The two boys, from Capelle aan den IJssel, east of Rotterdam, filmed themselves hitting a 13-year-old boy, who was visibly distressed.
One of the two arrested boys appeared clearly in the other's video, allowing his identity to be easily traced.

I saw that video, it was very disturbing. I hope that the victim of the abuse gets plenty of support and counseling.
