Inspectors look into Hoorn baby deaths

The health inspectorate has begun an investigation into the death of four newborn babies at the Westfriesgasthuis hospital in Hoorn, the AD reports on Friday.

All four deaths related to problems round the babies births.
The investigation follows a highly critical report on the death of a two-day old girl in May. She died following a string of mistakes, including a dispute between the midwife and gynaecologist in charge of her case.
