What is the average cost of a home in the Netherlands expressed in Euros not percentages. When percentages are used on their own they are USELESS!

Tom, 85% of us agree and 10% remain undecided about the decision of the drop of 7.8% of house prices

The banks that caused the financial crisis in the first place are now charging higher interest rates and hoarding money at the same time. The result: lower home prices due to difficulty getting mortgages. Of course, this erodes the value of the mortgage portfolios the banks are currently holding, but then the banks have not proven to be very smart in the first place, have they?

well if you have a house and you wanna sell it then yes drop of prices is a problem. However, there is the other side that if you want to buy one this time is a great opportunity as house prices did skyrocket over the past years.
