Dutch wages rise among fastest in EU

The Netherlands was one of four European countries where wages rose more than inflation last year, according to Eurofound, an EU body which monitors pay and working conditions.


Pay also outstripped inflation in Germany, Greece and Hungary, the research showed.
Wages in the Netherlands rose by an average 3.3% last year, 1.1 percentage point above the rate of inflation.
