The queen’s commissioner in Noord-Brabant province has 149 other ceremonial jobs in additional to her provincial role, according to civil service website Binnenlands Bestuur.
The total means former transport minister Hanja Maij-Weggen has more extra roles than any of the other 11 queen’s commissioners, the website says. It bases its claims on its own research, saying none of the positions are mentioned on the province’s website.
Jan Franssen, of Zuid Holland has most paid jobs on the side – a total of 11, the website says.
Meanwhile, Drenthe’s queen commissioner Jacques Tichelaar, who took over the job in May, has no other roles.
