House prices fall again in July
House prices in the Netherlands were 4.4% lower in July compared with July 2008, the national statistics office CBS and housing registry said on Friday.
In June house prices fell by 3.7%.
All types of housing were hit by the fall, but detached homes were hardest hit, the CBS said. Prices fell everywhere in the country apart from Zeeland.
