AZ on top in premier league
Last season’s champions, AZ, are on top of the Dutch premier league with 12 points after a 2-1 win over Willem II on Saturday.
Rotterdam’s Feyenoord, PSV Eindhoven and FC Twente all have 11 points from five matches. FC Utrecht, Amsterdam’s Ajax and NAC Breda are on 10.
Feyenoord and FC Twente missed their chances to go top with a 1-1 draw. PSV beat FC Groningen 2-0 and Ajax beat Heracles Almelo 0-3.
