Plastic surgery clinic gets 80 complaints

At least 80 complaints have been made by people who used the CityKliniek plastic surgery clinic in the Hague, which was shut down last week after health inspectors criticised hygiene standards.

Police and public prosecution department officials are now investigating whether the victims can make formal complaints which will result in legal action.
The clinic was run by a gynecologist who claimed to be an expert at breast surgery but inspectors found no sterilisation equipment for medical instruments and said the operating theatre was next to a toilet, Nos tv reports.
