Elco van der Geest defeated Brazil's Luciano Correa during the judo grand slam 100kg final fight in Rio de Janeiro at the weekend.

Carola Uilenhoed took silver in the women's over 78kg class and Edith Bosch won bronze in the under 70kg event.
