Terror attack risk remains ‘substantial’

The risk of a terrorist attack in the Netherlands remains ‘substantial’ although no concrete evidence for an attack has been found in recent months, home affairs minister Guusje ter Horst and justice minister Ernst Hirsch Ballin told MPs on Monday.

There has never been a terrorist attack in the Netherlands, although several people have been convicted of plotting to carry out attacks.
