The guilty do not always get caught! it can take time! the positive aspect of this sad degradation of individual might lead to break an existing network and save some children!

I'm curious about the definition of "child pornography" used in this story.

Is there a standard definition for all of Europe, or does the law vary between France and Holland?

Here in Canada, the definition encompasses any depiction of sexual activity or sexuality involving a person under the age of 16, even if the model or actor is actually older than 16. Here, a 15-year old making a visual, audio, or written record of his or her own, otherwise legal, sexual activity is guilty of producing "child pornography".

Is the Dutch/French/European definition equally broad in scope? And, if so, are European journalists permitted to examine the evidence before publicizing the accused as a "child pornographer"?
