Royal attack: car driver buried

The man who drove his car through the crowds watching the royal motorcade during the Queen’s Day celebrations last week, killing six people, has been buried in a quiet ceremony.

Karst Tates, who died of his injuries the next day, was buried in the presence of his family in a Zevenaar cemetery.
There was a police presence to keep away sightseers and the press was not informed about the ceremony in advance.
Nos tv reports that the grave is unmarked by flowers or a headstone.
