Philips to buy Australia’s Dynalite
Electronics giant Philips has bought Australian lighting company Dynalite, the Dutch firm said in a statement on Wednesday, without giving financial details.
Dynalite makes lighting control systems such as sophisticated dimmers, and has a workforce of 130. It has operations in China, Britain and Dubai as well as Australia.
