Alkmaar’s AZ remains on top of the Dutch premier division after a 0-1 victory over Rotterdam’s Feyenoord on Sunday.

Ajax Amsterdam beat NAC of Breda 3-0 to remain second with 32 points, three behind the leaders. FC Twente, which is in third place, beat Groningen 1-4.
Defending champions PSV Eindhoven only managed a 1-1 draw against Vitesse and remains in fourth position, ahead of Heerenveen and NAC on goal difference but nine points behind the league leaders.
