New tv show on Holloway disappearance

Wednesday 05 November 2008

TV crime reporter Peter R de Vries has made a new tv programme about the disappearance of US teenager Natalee Holloway on Aruba and the role of Dutch student Joran van der Sloot, reports the Telegraaf.

A previous show, in which Van der Sloot was secretly recorded talking about the girl's death, won De Vries an Emmy award.

The follow-up show will be broadcast on Sunday.

I am pleased to see that someone is still interested in trying to slove the holloway crime. Especially since Aruba is too concerned with their tourist industry to investigate , solve and prosecute the guilty parties. A group of friends and my family used to go to Aruba every year. but no longer. While my contribtuion to their tourism income may be small, I hope others will follow my lead and stop going to Aruba as well. Every dollar they don't get is a dollar in the memory of Natalie.

I hope this program gets broadcast in Australia. I'd like to see it.
