Charges expected for buying baby

The Belgian authorities want to bring charges against a Dutch couple who allegedly bought a Belgian baby via the internet, the AD reports on Tuesday.

The couple are wanted for making false declarations about the birth of baby Jayden in July. They could face a year in jail.
