Carbon dioxide emissions fall again

Carbon dioxide emissions in the Netherlands have fallen for the third consecutive with a 4% drop in 2007 compared to 1990 when the Kyoto protocol was established, the national statistics office CBS announced on Wednesday.
Holland’s Kyoto target calls for an average annual reduction of 6% in the period 2008-2012.
