UBS buys Dutch asset manager

Swiss merchant bank UBS is taking over independent Dutch asset manager Vermogensgroep. Financial details were not disclosed.

VermogensGroep focuses on rich individuals, foundations and institutional investors and has some €4.1bn under management.
