Supervisory board chief to quit Heijmans

The chairman of the supervisory board at building company Heijmans is to leave his post on July 1.


Joep Brentjens is quitting under pressure from shareholder Van Herk after the company issued its fourth profit warning. Heijmans announced in mid-May that CEO Guus Hoefsloot was also standing down. Van Herk owns some 10% of Heijmans shares, news agency ANP said.
