Ernst & Young merge Dutch, Belgian units

Accountancy group Ernst & Young is to merge its Dutch and Belgian operations as part of a worldwide revamp of its organisational structure.


The chairman of the Dutch management board, Jan Nooitgedagt, will lead the combined operation. Nooitgedagt says the merger is ‘logical’ given that both economies are extremely open.
