Unemployment stabilises at 4%

Unemployment figures no longer show a downward trend according to the national statistics office CBS on Thursday.

Some 314,000 people were jobless in the period from December to February, more or less the same as in the preceding three months, says the CBS. The latest statistics indicate that 4.2% of the working population is now unemployed, compared to 5.1% a year earlier.
