Reckless behaviour causes 390 deaths
Some 390 youngsters die in the Netherlands every year and 22,000 are injured because of ‘reckless behaviour’, RTL news reported on Wednesday evening.
Youngsters aged 13 to 24 are now being targeted by a new campaign and online video game to get them to think before they act impulsively.
