Giant cat seized at Schiphol
Tuesday 22 January 2008
A giant cat produced by cross-breeding an African Serval cat with an Asian Leopard cat and a domestic feline is being held at Schiphol airport while customs officials check out its antecedents.
The exclusive Ashera cat, bred by Lifestyle Pets in the US and sold for $22,000, can grow to the size of a large dog.
The Telegraaf reports that the cat, named Shin Chan, has been bought by a couple from Eindhoven.

This feline is nothing more than a Savannah cat in the first lineage stages. This feline should be returned to the owner and let US officials discipline this man.
