'Botox token' in Christmas box

Personnel at the Spaarne hospital in Hoofddorp were shocked to get a discount voucher for plastic surgery in their company Christmas box, news agency ANP reports on Friday.

Most departments have sent the gifts back to the hospital management board, a spokeswoman said.
