Petition for reopening 'murder nurse' case
Friday 02 November 2007
Almost 80 Dutch and foreign university professors who specialise in statistics have signed a petition calling for the case against nurse Lucia de B, found guilty of killing seven patients between 1997 and 2001, to be reopened.
De B was largely convicted on statistical evidence which was used to show that she was too-often on duty when people died.
