News agency accuses ministry of hacking

News agency GPD said on Monday evening it had made a formal complaint about the way officials from the social affairs ministry had gained access to its computer system.

Director Marcel van Lingen said he hoped the investigation would clear up the confusion surrounding exactly who was involved.
Meanwhile, social affairs minister Piet Hein Donner says the officials who used an official password to access the system and read unpublished GPD news stories have been suspended.
