De Haan, Hiddink beat Van Basten
Some 51% of football fans think under-21 coach Foppe de Haan would be better than current national coach Marco van Basten to take Holland to the European Cup finals next year, according to a Maurice de Hond poll.
But top of the poll to lead the next World Cup campaign is Russia’s coach Guus Hiddink, with just 10% thinking Van Basten is up to the job.
