Healthy hardest hit by insurance change

Healthy people who make few demands on the health service will be hardest hit by changes to the health insurance system next year, reports the AD.


The scrapping of a no-claim bonus and introduction of an own-risk payment of €150,means the average family will be €450 worse off, the paper says.
