Dutch cannabis prices rise 20%
Police raids on marijuana plantations have led to a 20% increase in the price of Dutch cannabis, says drug information centre Trimbos Institute.
The price of one gram of marijuana is now €7.30 on average, the institute says. In addition, the level of THC, the compound which gives the drug its effect, has fallen from 17.5% to 16%, Trimbos experts said.
