Tilburg bells keep on ringing

Tilburg vicar Harm Schilder says he is determined to keep ringing the bells of the Holy Margarita Maria church despite the threat of a €5,000 fine from the city council. Locals claim the bells are too noisy, but Schilder says the right to call the faithful to prayer is part of the right to freedom of religion.
