Video game rules to Level 2?

Justice Minister Ernst Hirsch Ballin wants stronger rules governing violence in video games, having ‘lost patience with self-regulation and the promises of game sellers and makers.
Retailers knowingly selling violent games to underage children will be punished, he told fellow ministers meeting in Luxemburg on Wednesday.
Hirsch Ballin was supporting efforts by current EU chair Germany to begin a new, more critical approach to the industry, which he believes is having damaging effects on young consumers.
