Telegraaf net profit down in 2006

The Telegraaf Media Group booked a fall in net profit in 2006 year on higher turnover. Net profit decreased from €65.4m to €49.6m while turnover rose 6.5% to €784.5m.

Last year the group bought a majority stake in lonely hearts website relatieplanet.nl and a minority interest in Sky radio and sold its Limburg newspapers.
