Kosovo family may not be deported
Den Bosch Court has ruled that the Netherlands may not deport a family back to Kosovo because they could be in danger, owing to the mixed race marriage between a Slavic Muslim and a Serbian.
Foreign Affairs Ministry advice states that ethnic minorities in Kosovo and people in mixed marriages are specifically at risk, ANP reports.
